- The admission process will be held in the college council hall at R K Damani medical college, ShriRamchandra Institute of Medical sciences (College Campus): Address: Gut No. 21-22, Murtujapur, Beed Bypass Road, Opposite PB Estate, Chh. Sambhajinagar-431006
- Admission process will be conducted as per the rules prescribed by government/ competent authority.
- Students are advised to report in the morning by 10.30 am and get your Demand Draft (DD) checked from Mr. Amol Madikar. This advisory is issued because banks usually accepts DD request only in the morning session and in case of any error in the DD, same can be corrected from bank immediately.
- Students are supposed to fill the admission form before document scrutiny. Make sure you are ready with all information in the admission form.
- You can download and print the sample form for practice from here. Students are advised to bring filled copy of this sample form with them. This will help you to fill original form and complete the process at the earliest.
- Arrange all original and attested photocopies as per the sequence given on the page 3 of sample form.
- You have to submit
- original documents,
- 4 sets of attested photocopies,
- 6 passport size color photographs, and
- a pen drive containing soft copies of all documents.
- Keep all these in a pocket folder. Write your name on the pocket folder.
- File size of the scanned documents should be between 50 kb to 150 kb.
